Mayfield Brain & Spine treated more than 30,000 patients from 39 states in 2023. Mayfield's care teams are organized into five specialty areas: spine health, brain tumors, neurovascular, Chiari malformation and neurofunctional disorders. Mayfield providers see patients in six convenient locations throughout Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky. Our physicians work in our free-standing outpatient spine surgery center as well as 14 hospitals.

It may come as a surprise, then, to learn that 80% of Mayfield's spine patients get better without surgery. Our multidisciplinary team includes board-certified specialists in physical medicine and rehabilitation, interventional pain management, neurosurgery as well as licensed physical therapists and advanced practice providers.
